      <description>&lt;p&gt;In mid July 2025, MIT published &lt;a href=&#34;https://mlq.ai/media/quarterly_decks/v0.1_State_of_AI_in_Business_2025_Report.pdf&#34;  class=&#34;external-link&#34; target=&#34;_blank&#34; rel=&#34;noopener&#34;&gt;a report on&#xA;AI&lt;/a&gt;&#xA;and their adoption among businesses. Media picked it up end of August and there&#xA;has been no shortage of takes, opinions and posts regarding it. I have, too, no&#xA;shortage of takes on that report. In this post, I &amp;rsquo;ll focus on one of these.&lt;/p&gt;&#xA;&lt;p&gt;There&amp;rsquo;s 8 industries identified &lt;a href=&#34;https://mlq.ai/media/quarterly_decks/v0.1_State_of_AI_in_Business_2025_Report.pdf&#34;  class=&#34;external-link&#34; target=&#34;_blank&#34; rel=&#34;noopener&#34;&gt;in the&#xA;report&lt;/a&gt;.&#xA;I won&amp;rsquo;t re-iterate them here as I see no point, go read the report. Of those 8&#xA;industries, only 2 (Tech and Media) show clear signs of structural disruption.&#xA;And Media substantially more than Tech.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
